If the replacement is also substituted, the bet can move to their official replacement, as determined by Opta data. Golden Sub covers normal time plus stoppage time only, with extra time and penalties excluded, and Cash Out becomes unavailable once the substitution takes place. Look for the Golden Sub icon before betting, as only selected leagues and markets qualify.
