The focus is on Theseus meeting the Minotaur in the maze, and his defeat with the help of Ariadne and her thread. The wild symbol has the image of the Minotaur, and as it is an expanding wild, it is a stacked symbol that ends up covering the entire reel. It can only appear on reels 2, 3, and 4. As a substitute, it can be combined with any other symbols, and it would allow players to form new winning combinations more often.
Minotaur Re-Spins
Whenever you have an expanding wild (Minotaur) that appears and takes over a reel, it will become sticky, and then it will trigger the Re-spin feature. The re-spins continue for as long as it takes for you to form a winning combination. As you go through re-spins, ideally, youβd want to get as many losing rounds in a row before you form that combo, because there is an increasing multiplier that keeps going up. Itβs an unlimited multiplier, so if it takes you 100 re-spins to get a win, then the multiplier will be at 100x (itβs likely going to be much lower, though).
Risk Game (Gamble)
Minotauros will give you the option to gamble in an attempt to double your winnings for any successful round. Itβs not the typical card game that they use in every other slot of theirs, though. They created a maze feature, where you can meet Ariadne to double the stake and get another attempt. If you meet the Minotaur, then you lose.
Bonus Pop Buy
Interestingly enough, the option to buy access to the bonus feature comes in a couple of variants. You can pay 25x to get the Minotaur Wild on the 2nd reel, 36x for it to show up on the 3rd reel, and 202x the stake for a 4th reel Minotaur Wild (since it guarantees a combo of 4+ symbols, it will likely pay the most).

There are some things that make Minotauros an interesting release, unique even, and then there are others that make it look average at best. Its high volatility, wins of up to 4,166x the stake, and the 96.04% RTP are all common, and you can get something similar or better in other slots. The graphics are average at best, and the list of special features is quite short. On the other hand, the Minotaur Re-Spins with unlimited multipliers is one of the more interesting implementations Iβve seen for this particular feature, and even the Risk Game is themed around the story of the maze. Iβd say itβs a better game for an experienced player to check out.
