How to play the Double Match scratch card

Purchase a scratch card at one of the retail locations
Prize range from £1.00 to a maximum of £5,000

Scratch all of the play area to reveal the symbols. In the winning number section, uncover the winning symbol, then check your numbers.

You can win in two ways. First, if any symbol in your numbers matches the winning symbol, you win the prize shown directly below that symbol. Second, if you uncover three identical prize symbols in your numbers, you win the amount shown on one of those matching prizes.

Pay out of scratch card winnings

You must claim the prize within 180 days of the game closing.

Prizes up to and including £500 – you can claim these prize amounts from most retailers, but some of them can only pay you a maximum of £50.00.
£500+ up to and including £50,000 – go to the official website national-lottery.co.uk/prize. Once there, you will need to complete the online form to be able to claim the prize. You will be advised when to upload your ticket or scratch card on their website. If you can’t claim your prize in the ways written above and you’re a UK or Isle of Man citizen, post your ticket or scratch card to PO Box 287, Watford WD18 9TT.
