Slot machine details and review Tree of Light Bonus Buy
Tree of Light Bonus Buy is a slot machine with a cute design and plenty of risk, which you can find at Evoplay casinos. Theyβve designed it with a nature and fantasy-inspired theme, using magic and a cute mouse as its lead characters. The game area offered in this case has 5×3 reels and 10 paylines, which are often available in slots, both old and new.
Every slot machine must be developed by a company that invented, designed and put it into operation. Many players eventually find that they only enjoy playing on machines from specific software provider, so they narrow down their selection by preferred brand.
A high volatility slot. Wins are rare, but can be really big. The game has more pronounced fluctuations and can often go without hitting anything for a long time, suitable for players who like adrenaline, higher risk and work with a larger budget. More about volatility here.
Slot theme and symbols
When it comes to the graphics of Tree of Light Bonus Buy, itβs doing very well, offering players a look at an enchanted realm, where a travelling mouse meets various creatures as it explores the world. The symbols hover in mid-air, and there are two types that can show up. Half will be made up of rune stones, while the rest will be some of the wild creatures of this realm. Only 8 regular symbols are used, so the formation of winning combinations shouldnβt be as difficult as those 10 lines may indicate.
Tree of Light Bonus Buy theme and symbols
Tree of Light Bonus Buy is the sort of 5-reel online slot that has high volatility, and while its RTP is at a healthy level, 96.06% being mentioned by the developer, it doesnβt have the sort of top jackpot that would motivate its players. At most, it can pay 1,877x the roundβs stake, and Iβm sure most players will be disappointed with that as their main goal.

WILD symbol
Wild symbols are reserved for certain moments in the game, during free spins or when random events trigger. You donβt get them during paid spins, at least not in the usual way. When they do show you, youβre able to use them as part of new combinations, where theyβre used as substitutes for others.
Random Event
As you play through paid spins, you can get a Random Event to trigger for you whenever you find a Question Mark. The game will select two symbols of low value at random, from the rune stones that are around, and will transform them into wilds.
Scroll symbol
The other possible feature that you can get at random, and outside the game area, will be the Scroll symbol.
Free Spins
Getting a Scroll symbol to appear outside the game zone will result in 7 free spins triggered for you. You can get 5 extra spins when you complete the first Magic Pattern, and 3 extra for the second one (up to 15 total).
Pattern Complete feature
An interesting mechanic in Tree of Light Bonus Buy revolves around the Pattern Complete. The gameβs positions have certain spots that can be activated as you form combinations on them. Form combinations through all positions of a particular Magic Pattern, to activate its feature. If you form the third pattern as well, then you trigger the bonus game. These are the three types of features obtained when the Magic Patterns are complete:
Magic Pattern 1: syncs the middle three reels.
Magic Pattern 2: syncs the middle three reels, and 2 random low symbols turn into wilds.
Magic Pattern 3: syncs the middle three reels, turns 2 random low symbols into wilds, and then the wilds expand on their reels.
Bonus Game
The bonus game requires that you make a pick, with three fruits to choose from. You will get a 2x, 3x, or 4x multiplier from the chosen fruit. That multiplier will be used to boost the total prize won during free spins.
Bonus Buy
This option lets you purchase access to the bonus feature. Paying 42x the stake will give you access to 7 free spins.

Our rating of the game
Tree of Light Bonus Buy
I like a lot of things about Tree of Light Bonus Buy, a slot machine that doesnβt play like every other game it competes with. The fun graphics of very high quality, the story, and the use of magic patterns to unlock access to powerful modifiers are all great to see. At the same time, despite its RTP being at 96.06%, this high volatility slot doesnβt manage to pay a very good top prize, offering at most 1,877x the stake in a single round. Itβs fair, but some players would rather have a big top prize to go after, and Tree of Light Bonus Buy doesnβt have anything of the sort. Players who want to check out the gameβs mechanics should do that. It might not be a suitable long-term game for beginners, though.

How do we rate slot machines?
We evaluate slot machines based on multiple criteria, from which we make our final verdict.
Excellent graphics, in a slot that has a fantasy and magic-inspired backstory with wild creatures in the lead roles.
The Random Event can make some rounds profitable when otherwise they wouldnβt have been.
There is a free spins feature that you can trigger, and thatβs where the bigger wins can come from.
Uses Magic Patterns to unlock additional modifiers and even multipliers for the free spins wins.
There is a Bonus Buy option, which is something that plenty of other slots donβt have.
Cons
Highly volatile, the slot doesnβt make it easy on the player to enjoy the experience, with plenty of losing rounds expected.
Doesnβt pay a big enough top prize, offering at most 1,877x the stake during free spins.
Wild symbols only appear through random events or in the main feature.
